Privacy Policy

QuickDemand provides a self-service tool for U.S. renters to prepare deposit-related letters. This page summarizes how we treat information connected to the site. It is general information only, not legal advice about your privacy rights.

When you use the letter builder, you choose what to type in (for example names, addresses, amounts, and dates). We use that input to show a preview and, if you complete checkout, to generate and deliver your purchase. Your browser may keep a short-lived draft on your device so you do not lose work if you refresh the page; that draft stays on your device unless you clear it.

Payments and receipts are handled by established payment partners; we do not store your full card number on our own servers. If you buy a PDF, we send it to the email address you supply at checkout using a transactional email provider. We may use basic analytics to see how the product is used in the aggregate. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your letter contents for advertising.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website can guarantee perfect security. We keep data only as long as needed to run the service, comply with law, and resolve support issues. The site is not directed at children under 13. You may contact us about privacy requests at support@quickdemand.app. We may update this page from time to time; the date below reflects the latest revision.
