By accessing or using QuickDemand, you agree to these Terms of Service. QuickDemand provides a self-service software tool that generates a security deposit demand letter PDF based on information submitted by the user.

QuickDemand is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any generated document.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes. QuickDemand may suspend or restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, QuickDemand's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific purchase in dispute.
