Refund Policy

QuickDemand provides a digital document generation service for renters. The one-time purchase price covers generation and delivery of one downloadable security deposit demand letter PDF.

Refunds are available only if payment is successful but document generation fails due to a verified service-side error. To request review, contact support@quickdemand.app within 7 calendar days of purchase and include your email, payment receipt, and issue details. If we cannot provide the purchased document, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Except as stated above, all completed digital document sales are final and non-refundable. Disputed chargebacks for delivered documents may be contested with proof of successful delivery.
